Use information below to set up your account for dial up and e-mail retrieval. If you need additional help please submit your inquiry by Support Request on the left and we will respond within 1 business day.

Dial Up Configuration

In order to connect to the Internet via Vigord Internet Services non-accelerated dial up service, in Windows 9x/2000/XP you must create a new Dial Up Connection and use an access number that is in your local calling area and a Vigord network you selected at signup (vigord.net or vigord1.net). Leave your TCP/IP settings at default values for Windows operating system.

Connecting with Windows:

• Windows 9x/Me
• Windows 2000
• Windows XP

If you signed up for accelerated access please download Fastlane dialer software and use it to establish the connection. This is supported under Windows operating system only.

Make sure to enter your appropriate username and password where required.

E-mail Settings

The easiest way to manage your e-mail is with Mozilla Mail which can be downloaded for free from http://www.mozilla.org/ and used on any platform (Windows, Macintosh and Linux). Outlook Express is always available on Windows only. To learn more about Outlook Express check this great tutorial.
